Storm Damage – Prattville Salon

Flood damage to this salon in Prattville temporarily put the shopkeeper out of business. The owner made two quick calls. The first to his insurance company and the second to SERVPRO. First, we needed to stop additional flood water from entering the shop. Then the water damage already standing on the flooring and the base of all the furniture needed to be dealt with quickly. We considered this an emergency situation. We were at the loss site within 45 minutes blocking any new flooding and extracting the existing water damage. Drying and dehumidification equipment were deployed to speed up the drying process. Both the insurance adjuster and the owner commended our crew on their professionalism and efficiency.
